AdminWorx Pty Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Bookkeeper / Client Manager to join our growing team! We provide tailored bookkeeping and administrative support to a diverse client base across a variety of industries.

This is a part-time position (up to 25 hours per week), working from home.

About You

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and administrative support for a portfolio of clients

• Bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable

• Payroll processing and superannuation compliance

• BAS / IAS preparation and lodgement

• Building trusted relationships with clients and helping them stay on top of their financials

Skills & Experience

• Cert IV in Bookkeeping & Accounting (minimum requirement)

• BAS Agent registration highly regarded

• Advanced knowledge of Xero (Xero Certified Advisor preferred)

• Experience with Pure Bookkeeping Systems highly regarded

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work autonomously

• A friendly, calm, and positive approach—especially under pressure
