About the role:

As the Bookkeeper/ Accountant for Always Concrete Pumping in Ravenhall, VIC, you will be responsible for the following:

Manage cashflow including Accounts Payable and Receivable

Weekly payroll processing

Customer Invoicing

Generating invoices and following up on payments

Reconciling

Prepare BAS and other tax returns

What we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar Accounting role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Minimum 10 years experience as a bookkeeper or in an Accounting role.

Pervious experience with Quick Books

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal staff and external clients.

Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work tasks.

Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team..
