Based at our first Australian site in Redbank, Queensland this role will see you join our Maintenance Team within our brand-new and fully air-conditioned automated distribution center.
We are now looking for a passionate and energetic individual to be a part of our highly skilled Maintenance Team on a permanent, full-time basis.
About you:
Strong Mechanical aptitude, (trade qualified preferable)
Approach all tasks and situations with a Safety-First mindset
A genuine interest in automation and technology, with the aptitude to learn new concepts and procedures.
Meet the physical requirements including:
Frequent walking, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and standing for long periods of time.
Working at heights of up to 30 metres (wearing fall-arrest gear and other PPE)
Lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 25kgs unassisted
Your new role:
The Maintenance Coordinator oversees and manages the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to established maintenance processes and operational standards. This role plays a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and optimizing maintenance activities while ensuring the availability of necessary resources. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for adherence and improving maintenance functions such as planning, scheduling, and all other maintenance activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities. This role serves as a key link between the maintenance team, spare parts management, and operational leadership, ensuring smooth workflow, optimal resource allocation, and adherence to maintenance best practices. Facilitate continuous improvement activities through broad system knowledge and site-specific enhancements
