The Role
This is a unique and high-impact opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded accountant to step into a Finance Manager role that genuinely blends financial reporting and forward-looking analysis. You’ll operate across two high-profile business units—Financial Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis — contributing to both compliance and strategic insight functions. This position gives you rare dual exposure and a broader learning platform.
On any given day, you could be preparing technical accounting papers, delivering variance analysis to leadership, building dashboards, or collaborating on board materials. You'll play a key role in the full planning and forecasting cycle, assist with FX forecasting and cashflow models and help refine systems and reporting tools that drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing technical accounting papers on complex matters and supporting statutory compliance
Delivering variance analysis, monthly and quarterly reporting, and board presentation materials
Participate in budgeting, cashflow and FX hedging forecasts
Building and enhancing dashboards and financial models
Maintaining master data and supporting continuous process improvements
Contributing to both short- and long-term financial planning cycles
Providing insights across corporate and operational performance
Supporting audit queries, JV reporting, and stakeholder requests as required
About You
You’re a CA or CPA-qualified accounting professional with a solid grounding in technical financial reporting—likely gained through a Big 4 or mid-tier audit background—and you're now ready to stretch into budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering. You have strong business curiosity, advanced Excel capabilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for building both your technical toolkit and your stakeholder relationships. While SAP knowledge is an advantage, we welcome candidates who demonstrate the adaptability and systems mindset to learn quickly in a tech-enabled environment.
Cultural fit is important—you’ll be joining a high-performing team known for their intelligence, energy, and offbeat sense of humour. You’ll enjoy team lunches, Friday quizzes and shared achievements—but also understand the importance of operating within the respectful and hierarchical culture of a large global parent organisation. This is a role for someone who can connect across cultures and teams with confidence and professionalism.
