About the Role

As Finance Manager, you’ll be responsible for all financial operations, reporting, forecasting, and compliance. You’ll work closely with the Executive Team, contributing to strategic decision-making, pricing models, and business growth initiatives. The role requires a commercially savvy, self-motivated professional who can translate numbers into meaningful insight while championing operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Manage all financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, and statutory obligations

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis

Partner with business units to improve processes and drive financial outcomes

Oversee compliance with tax, ASIC, and company secretarial requirements

Support cash flow management, credit risk, and debt collection

Supervise and support the Accounts Officer

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting (CA or CPA qualified)

7+ years of financial and commercial experience

Advanced Excel and reporting skills; experience with Pronto ERP or similar systems desirable

Strong commercial acumen and experience with pricing and margin analysis

Analytical mindset, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

A proactive, improvement-oriented approach and commitment to ethical leadership
