ABOUT THE COMPANY
Established in 2016 this is an expanding privately owned property group, based in Sydney’s CBD, specialising in the acquisition, improvement and management of a diversified portfolio of real estate investments.
WHAT'S ON OFFER
This established and growing firm is in the market for a progressive Property Manager. The role will involve working closely with company principals and external agencies in the daily management of a portfolio of assets located in the Sydney metro area and beyond. This role presents the right candidate with the genuine potential for career growth.
DUTIES
- Oversight of tenant performance and compliance with their leases
- Ensuring properties are presented to the public in their best possible condition
- Minimising running costs and capex outlays of the property
- Driving non-lease income and initiatives such as casual leasing and licensing deals
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies and associated programmes
- Overseeing the administration and reporting function for all aspects of the properties
- Canvassing prospective tenants and managing inspections of the property
- Securing retailers through executed offers
- Developing and implementing leasing plans and strategies
- Ensuring low building vacancy, along with rental growth and low incentive capital
- Meeting with architects or designers on concepts and layouts
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· University degree preferred (Property, Commerce, Business, Finance or Legal related)
· At least 4 to 6 years prior property experience
· Previous exposure to a corporate environment favoured
· Experience in dealing with external corporates clients/customers;
· Competency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
· High level of organisation and time management skills with a proven ability to prioritise;
· Excellent negotiation and sales skills;
· Exceptional interpersonal skills to support customer service focus;
· Highly developed telephone, written & verbal communication skills;
· Ability to maintain quality of work without sacrificing detail and working to deadlines;
· Motivated and able to work independently and unsupervised
· High degree of sense of urgency;
