Are you looking to build your career in commercial property management within a supportive, boutique team environment?

We’re a specialist firm focused on managing retail shopping centres and commercial properties. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our Brisbane-based team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of retail properties

Liaising with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders

Coordinating repairs and maintenance

Assisting with lease administration and compliance

Supporting budgeting, reporting, and arrears management

Attending inspections and assisting with onboarding new tenants

What We’re Looking For:

Some experience in property management (commercial or retail preferred)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A genuine interest in commercial real estate

Willingness to learn and grow with the business

A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
