We are currently looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our growing Adelaide based team. This rewarding role involves delivering essential nursing care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

We are seeking a Level 1–3 Registered Nurse with availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week (AM or PM shifts), excluding weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in clients’ homes

• Accurately administer medications

• Deliver advanced wound care and clinical support

• Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation

• Work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the broader healthcare team

Essential Criteria

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience

• Experience in IV medication administration and complex wound care

• Valid National Police Check (with clearance to work with vulnerable persons and/or children)

• Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification

• COVID-19 and 2023 Influenza vaccinations (in line with government requirements)

• Driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle (nurses are required to use their own car)

• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
