Job Description:

We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dedicated team. The Registered Nurse will provide high quality nursing care to clients in a community setting. Assessing individual needs, the Registered Nurse will plan, implement, or coordinate appropriate service delivery from a range of accepted options as directed by the Clinical Services Manager and within the policies and procedures of Fidens.

Minimum Requirements:

Drivers License

100 Points of ID (i.e., Passport)

Proof of Residency/Citizenship

Motor Vehicle Registration/Insurance

Motor Vehicle Insurance

Nursing: Registration with AHPRA with a current practicing certificate.

Current CPR certificate.

First Aid Certificate

Manual Handling Certificate.

Working with Children Check (WWCC)

National Police Clearance

NDIS Worker Screening Check

NDIS Orientation Module

Manual Tasks Safely - HLTWHS005

Infection Control

Medication Administration - HLTHPS006

Key Responsibilities: Nursing

Administer medications and provide specialized medical care as per individual care plans.

Assist clients with personal care tasks, ensuring dignity and respect.

Facilitate and promote independence through tailored support plans.

Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.

As a Registered Nurse at Fidens, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving access to healthcare services, preventing illness, and promoting healthier lifestyles by providing health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs to improve the health outcomes of clients.
