We are seeking a highly organised and proactive dental receptionist to join our close-knit, happy team. We have award-winning dentists with an excellent reputation for high quality and professional dental care. We are located in the Castle Hill, Carlingford region, 3 minutes off the M2 motorway.

This role combines administrative duties with clinical support, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to contribute to a smooth, patient-focused practice.

About the role:

Help create a warm and welcoming environment for patients

Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment book

Front office administration tasks such as checking emails, processing payments, stockkeeping and ordering

Clinical dental assistant duties 1 day a week (ongoing training provided)

80 hours (2 weeks) of training/onboarding provided
