As a receptionist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience at our practice and for furthering the success of our business.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice reception as well as some senior administrative duties. You’ll work with our front-office Coordinator in a fast-paced environment. In addition to these duties, your role will entail:

• Strategically keeping the dentists busy,
• Treatment Coordination,
• Updating training manuals,
• Onboarding and training junior staff,
• Assiting the directors of the business as needed.

About you

• You know that customers and clients appreciate your service.
• You have demonstrated experience in leading a team.
• Your previous employers recognize that you are productive with your time and have commended your ability to prioritize tasks.
• You have substantial experience in a dental receptionist, treatment coordinator or front office coordinator role.
• You’re a stickler for rules and operating procedures because you know the importance they carry in keeping a busy environment calm and manageable.
• You have overcome a lot of personal and professional challenges to grow as an individual.
• You enjoy working towards goals.
• Knowledge in cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry is desirable
