About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team at Kareela Family Dental. This full-time position is based in Kareela, NSW 2232. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing patient schedules and booking appointments
• Handling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Processing payments and managing financial transactions
• Maintaining patient records and updating medical histories
• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent patient care
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in using dental practice management software and Microsoft Office applications
• A friendly, professional and reliable approach to work
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
