Shape the future of transport operations! We’re seeking a Graduate Operations Supervisor dynamo to drive innovation and success in our team. This role is a 2-year graduate program with the aim of transitioning to an experienced Operations Supervisor role on completion.

The Opportunity

Based at our Dandenong depot this role is loaded with opportunity to learn and gain experience in all facets of transport operations. You will be guided, coached and mentored by a team of experienced transport operations experts. This is an entry level position with a strong career development path!

Main responsibilities

• Working closely with the Depot Manager and support the Operations team
• Reviewing and gathering CCTV footage
• Undertaking basic investigations into minor complaints and incidents
• Entering appropriate information into our transport system
• Investigating customer complaints
• Contacting customers via phone call and emails regarding lost property
• Daily data entry and administrative assistance
• Liaising with drivers to ensure they have what they need

What are we looking for?

• Passion for learning, achieving and self development
• Great computer skills including MS Excel and Word
• Completion of a tertiary qualification
• Experience in general administration
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Current drivers licence
