About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Technician, specialising in Prosthetics to join our team in Subiaco, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in crafting exceptional dental prosthetics and restorations, utilising your expertise in dental ceramics and advanced techniques.

What you'll be doing

Design, fabricate and finish a wide range of dental prosthetics and restorations using advanced digital techniques.

Carry out complex prosthetic planning.

Complete wax denture work

Process and finish dentures and full arch bridges.

Collaborate closely with dentists to ensure the optimal fit, function and aesthetics of each custom-made restoration, including case planning.

Maintain meticulous attention to detail and quality control throughout the production process

Continuously develop your technical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental ceramics and materials

Mentor and train junior dental technicians, sharing your knowledge and expertise

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in dental technology

Solid understanding of dental prosthetic work

Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience

Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with dental professionals

A commitment to continuous learning and staying at the forefront of advancements in dental technology
