F/T Dental Receptionist role available in our cosmetic Dental practice in Edgecliff + $5000 travel allowance

This is a modern practice with focus on Family dentistry, implants and ortho.

Immediate start and excellent remuneration.

The role is for 5 days a week (40 hours per week)

And for experienced candidates who live more than 10km from Edgecliff we are offering $5000 yearly travel allowance.

Your duties will be:

Handling phone and email enquiries to the best customer service requirements.

Handle payments and bookings and follow up with patients.

Ordering stock

Social media posts and marketing if possible.

PA work and daily reporting to the principal dentist.

The suitable candidate will be:

Team player, have excellent phone manners, polite, honest and caring.

Willing to learn, follow instructions and adhere to policies.

At least 12 months experience in Dental

Experience in social media marketing is an advantage.

Good computer skills and preferably experience in Dental softwares (ideally D4W).

Must be able to work permanently
