About the role

Reporting to the Property Management team, this full-time Assistant Property Manager role at Prime Place Property in Augustine Heights, QLD offers an exciting opportunity to support our growing residential leasing and property management portfolio. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our properties.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the full cycle of property management duties including tenant management, maintenance coordination, rent collection and arrears management

Effectively communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors to provide excellent customer service

Conducting regular property inspections and condition reports

Preparing lease documentation and managing the end-of-lease process

Maintaining detailed property records and client files

Providing administrative support to the Property Management team

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

What we're looking for

1-2 years' experience in a property management

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders

Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing residential tenancy

A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
