The Good Crowd has partnered with an award-winning digital marketing & social media agency that’s growing fast and doing big things. They're now on the lookout for a Client Success Manager to join their Sydney team and take the reins on campaign delivery, client relationships, and team coordination.

What do you need?
• 2–4 years in a client-facing role, ideally in marketing, creative, or digital agencies
• Exceptional communication skills and confidence managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience working with project management tools (like ClickUp, Asana, or Monday)
• Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping things on track
• A knack for translating creative work into client value — and vice versa
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Bonus points for experience in social media marketing or campaign production
What will you be doing?
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of social media and marketing campaigns — making sure they hit deadlines and align with strategy
• Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they’re informed, supported, and receiving value
• Lead, support and coach team members when needed, always with a mindset of continuous improvement
• Lead onboarding sessions, campaign mapping, and regular check-ins
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
• Maintain clear, up-to-date records in project management tools, CRMs, and shared drives
• Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, or case studies based on client performance
• Ensure reports, briefs, and assets are always accurate, timely, and aligned with company policy
