As they continue to grow, they’re on the lookout for a confident, driven Partnerships & Client Growth Manager to join their team in Sydney and help take client relationships — and revenue — to the next level.
Are you someone who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities, and helping clients get real value from their marketing spend? Are you equally comfortable in a client meeting, a strategy session, or making a warm introduction to a new lead? If so, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.

What do you need?
• 2-3+ years in client-facing roles, ideally within marketing, advertising, or digital agencies
• Proven success in both account management and business development
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
• Commercial acumen — you know how to spot opportunities and drive account growth
• A proactive, organised mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence with CRM tools and sales/marketing pipelines
• Bonus points for experience running events, workshops, or seminars
What will you be doing?
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients — building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term retention
• Deliver clear, compelling communication that helps clients see the value of their campaigns
• Align closely with internal teams to ensure production and expectations are fully in sync
• Seek out new partnership opportunities through a mix of referrals, events, networking, and direct outreach
• Help run marketing workshops and seminars for prospects and partners
• Track client feedback and feed insights back into the business
• Support onboarding for new clients and re-engage past clients where relevant
• Contribute to the planning of marketing activities to support business development
