At the core of our service offering is StudioHub, our white-labeled CRM platform that helps studio owners streamline follow-up, manage leads, and convert interest into membership.

As we scale to support more clients across Australia and New Zealand, we’re hiring a Client Success Manager to take the lead on onboarding new studios, supporting their ongoing success with StudioHub, and managing the operational workflows that keep everything running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who’s tech-savvy, process-driven, and passionate about helping fitness businesses succeed.

What You Will Do

Reporting to our CEO and working closely with our Marketing and Creative teams, you’ll own the client journey from the moment they sign up—ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, clear communication, and high satisfaction.

You’ll also be a key part of our Support & Ops team, helping drive efficiency, retention, and growth through structured systems, strong client relationships, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for all new clients, leading structured onboarding sessions and CRM walkthroughs.

Manage StudioHub setup, client integrations, and platform troubleshooting across CRM and billing systems.

Over-communicate with clients through email, Google Chat, and scheduled calls to ensure clarity and trust.

Handle ongoing support requests, FAQs, payment updates, and CRM-related queries.

Track client performance and flag any issues with usage, results, or engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams to implement upgrades, downgrades, or service changes.

Own client billing workflows—including onboarding payments, failed payments, refunds, and plan adjustments.

Keep internal documentation updated and scalable as processes evolve.

Essential Experience & Skills:

Client Onboarding & Account Management: 2+ years of experience managing client relationships, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or service-based roles.

Tech-Comfortable: Familiar with CRM platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar tools. Bonus if you've worked in fitness tech or marketing.

Strong Communicator: Clear, confident, and capable of simplifying complex ideas for busy studio owners.

Process-Oriented: You’re organised, self-driven, and love creating repeatable systems.

Customer Obsessed: You thrive on making clients feel supported and empowered.

Agency or Startup Background: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where things evolve quickly.
