About the role
We are seeking a Youth Development Officer to support the State Youth Manager and the State Youth Team in the development, administration and coordination of St John Youth. This role is responsible for the implementation of important elements and initiatives of the St John Youth program. This is a part time role.
This role is based at our Notting Hill headquarters.
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in the devleopment of youth programs and/or education
- Demonstrated high level written and communications skills with the ability to produce reports, project plans and online communications
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively in a team environment and the ability to establish effective relationships with stakeholders
- Intermediate computer literacy skills and experience with Microsoft suite
- Well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to express opinions, information and key points clearly and concisely
