We are a fast growing family business. We are a friendly and hard working team. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to employ an additional Customer Service Officer.
Our business provides cleaning, gardening and maintenance services.
Common daily tasks are:
Forward planning/scheduling jobs
Confirming bookings with clients
Answering phone and email enquiries regarding job bookings
Handling customer feedback (positive and negative)
Liaising with field staff regarding jobs
We are looking for someone that is comfortable in a fast paced environment, very detail oriented, well organised with an outstanding customer service attitude. Our motto is “Nice people, easy to deal with”. Experience in a similar role is essential.
This is a full-time, work from home position. We anticipate the hours will be 8am to 4pm.
You must have a suitable space to work from enabling you to make phone calls with minimal background noise. A computer and phone will be provided (Our booking system is based online and our phone system is web based).
