The Role
As we continue to grow, we are seeking to appoint a Risk Advisory Support Officer. You will report to the Head of Risk and Resilience and working closely with all members of the Risk Advisory team. The Risk Advisory Support Officer will provide support to team members in the delivery of the St Lukes risk management and compliance strategies across all areas of the business.
What is Risk Advisory?
The Risk Advisory team provides advice and support in relation to risk management and compliance matters across the organisation. Our role is to support those in other business units to make risk and compliance aware decisions in pursuit of St Lukes’ strategic goals and objectives.
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will possess:
Prior experience in a compliance or risk management related, or supporting role
Critical thinking and analytical skill set and accuracy with sound research skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability with a commitment to excellent service and best practice
Highly organised with the ability to manage a challenging and varied workload
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated and able to take direction
Current drivers licence
