Immediate Start - Part time (Tuesday - Friday)

Our current team of 4 has a combined 60yrs of skill, knowledge and experience in commercial and public practice realm. We provide peace of mind to all clients - individual and all business structures including SMSF. Working and collaborating with financial advisors; lawyers; financiers; enables us to provides our clients with a comprehensive view point.

The Position:

At TAS, we rely on teamwork, skill, knowledge, grace and understanding of all to ensure we offer the vest services possible to clients.

We have an immediate start for the person that will fit within TAS culture, qualities and skills of experienced office administrator and other varied and broad duties. The most crucial outcomes include:

TAS's face for all client at Reception Front Desk - client appointments; meet and greet; general reception duties

Maintaining all aspects of client database via MYOB Accountants Office

Co-ordinating Office Operations and Practices - preparing client info for accountant; debtor management; filing, scanning and admin support

Management Reporting - working along side of Director

Preparation of Workflow Reporting for weekly meetings

Newsletter; client updates as required.

Assist and support the TAS team

Key Essential Capabilities, Behaviors, Skill & Experience:

Adhere to strict 'confidentiality obligations"

Exhibit behavior that align with TAS core values

Minimum of 2yrs experience within a public accounting practice (preferred)

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite - good understanding of excel required

Managing and maintain procedures

Manage diary for three accountants

Answer phone and handle client admin queries

Assist & Resolve ATO enquiries

About You:

Excellent communication skills ; friendly and welcoming personality

Skilled at Multitasking; Prioritize workflow;

Confident Motivated team-player with proactive 'can do' attitude
