Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a C&EAssistant Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
Join our team as an C&E Assistant Manager at Sails in the Desert. Elevate guest experiences with your passion for all food & beverage services. Collaborate closely with our Director of Food and Beverage to inspire and guide a team of dedicated employees, all while upholding top-notch service standards. We're seeking a skilled leader to steer our Conference & Events making your mark on every detail. Shape a consistent and exceptional product, all while driving towards projected profitability.
Key Duties:
- Develop effective SOPs, ensure safety, and nurture team relationships.
- Manage Outdoor Dining within budgets, optimizing revenue and costs.
- Build exceptional guest experiences, collaborate with clients.
- Support Outdoor Dining and events team, oversee operations.
You will come with:
- 3 years experience as a Manager or Operational Events Manager
- RSA certification
- Full Driving License
