The Role:

Due to recent growth and their reputation for producing high quality, award-winning homes, a position for an experienced Draftsperson has become available, to start as soon as possible. You will report to the Drafting & Design Manager and form part of a small, supportive, and energetic team.

• Produce new sketches and working drawings for single storey homes
• Ensuring a high quality of design and drafting work
• Liaising with Sales Consultants, Contracts Administration and other departments to achieve high quality and accurate work
• Liaising with Estimating to develop the most cost-effective designs
• Ensuring NCC requirements and R codes are met on all projects

About You:

To be successful in these roles, you will have:

• 2+ years experience working as a Draftsperson for a residential home builder
• Proficient in ArchiCAD
• Understanding of building codes
• A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
