Systems Administrator

Payrate: $55/hr - $60/hr + Super.
Assignment until:
31/12/2025
Location: Sydney/WFH (17 Hours a week)

Job details

  • Support the management and maintenance of HR Information Systems (HRIS), including SuccessFactors, SAPHR, and other related systems.
  • Maintain HRIS systems, applications, and databases by updating employee information and organisational rules as needed.
  • Define, test, and implement system changes, updates, and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain organisational structure and coordinate with downstream business functions for specialised data processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for product integration, understanding data relationships and impacts across interfacing systems.
  • Develop and implement reporting to ensure compliance and manage system-related issues.
  • Investigate, resolve, and report on complex system errors raised by internal or external stakeholders.
  • Key Responsibilities:

Essential

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience in HRIS system administration within a large organisation, with a strong background in SuccessFactors and SAPHR.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to resolve transactional enquiries and liaise with external service providers.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities tasks to meet business goals.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service and compliance.
