About the Role

Join a large, purpose led, QLD State Government Department for an initial short-term contract with potential for extension. We are seeking both an AO4 System Administrator & an AO5 Senior System Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational IT support
• Maintain on-prem and cloud-based Case Management Systems
• Administer IT systems
• Manage ICT assets
• Administer wired/wireless network
• Service delivery and projects

Technical Skills & Attributes

• Windows 10 and Windows Server.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
• TeamViewer, WebEx, and Zoom.
• Skills and experiences of deployment and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, projectors, soundbars, networks, and mobile devices.
• Reimaging desktop/laptop.
• OpenText eDocs troubleshooting.
• Clear and Effective Communication with non-technical users.
