- Hands-on role installing smart POS tech across Australia
- Permanent full-time gig in a growing Aussie success story that’s scaling
- Broadmeadow location with free parking
Office life? Yeah, not for you.
You weren’t built for beige cubicles and blinking fluorescent lights.
You need fresh air, movement, variety. And let’s be honest, you’d rather be out doing than sitting through another meeting that could’ve been an email.
This is your get-out-of-the-office card.
Don’t get me wrong, you’ll still spend time in an office.
One day, you’re there, coffee in hand, chatting with a team who actually listen.
The next? You’re on the road, sleeves rolled up, installing smart POS (point-of-sale) tech at venues around Australia.
There’s a company ute in it for you too. And yes, you can use it for personal life. Rego = covered.
And when you’re back at HQ? You’ve got a modern workspace, free parking, real coffee, and a crew that genuinely values your input and put their employees first.
The best part? You’re not just along for the ride. You’re trusted to make decisions, shape the install experience, and keep it improving.
Ready to ditch the office rut for something real?
Then this one’s for you.
Your New Gig
What’s a pub with no beer?
A disaster.
But thanks to you, we won’t have to find out.
As an installation technician, you’ll be installing POS hardware across hospitality venues to make sure the beer keeps flowing, staff stay happy, and customers stay even happier.
You’ll be the reason everything runs smoothly. Not just watching it happen, but making it happen.
You’re the kind of person who’s at your best when you’re hands-on and in the thick of it.
You’ll prep systems and hardware for installs. That means servers, data transfer, imaging, and more. We’re talking POS terminals, kiosks, handhelds, and mobile ordering platforms – tech that keeps venues humming.
And once the installation is done? You’re still on the tools. You’ll train the team, troubleshoot if issues arise, and make sure everyone knows exactly how to use the systems.
Love to travel? Even better. You’ll be on the road across Australia for installs. You’ll need to be prepared to travel up to four nights in a week, though not every week! When you do, you’ll receive a meal allowance and full support to get the job done.
You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit Installations team of four. Sometimes you’ll work solo, other times you'll be on the road with your crew.
Curious to know what skills you’ll need?
You and Your Experience
You’re the roll-up-your-sleeves type.
You love getting your hands dirty and seeing things through from start to finish.
You’re people-oriented and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
Plus, you’ve got a solid understanding of hardware, software installs, and networking.
Ideally, you’ve worked in field service roles in the past.
Consider it the cherry on top if you’ve got a background in the hospitality industry, or have experience with SQL Server. But no stress if not.
However, to succeed in this role, it’s essential that you have a current driver’s licence and the ability to travel for work when needed.
