IT Support, you’ll be the go-to person for IT-related issues, ranging from routine support requests to more complex troubleshooting tasks. You'll be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain technical systems, and help ensure health and security of our IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for IT support via helpdesk, email, or phone.
Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues (e.g., Microsoft 365, OS errors).
Perform user account management (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.).
Investigate and resolve more complex technical issues or escalate when necessary.
Support network and server infrastructure (basic diagnostics, patching, monitoring).
Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
Document issues, resolutions, and maintain internal knowledge base.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a combined Level 1/2 IT support role or similar.
Solid understanding of Windows and macOS environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking concepts.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks independently.
Familiarity with ITIL or service desk frameworks.
Basic experience with virtualization, cloud platforms, or scripting (e.g., PowerShell).
Exposure to cybersecurity tools and practices.
