Role Overview
We are looking for a Level 2/3 MSP Technician with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to join our team. This hands-on role requires someone who can work independently, build rapport with local clients, and clearly explain technical issues. Candidates with a solid understanding of Australian client business environments and excellent spoken and written English are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced remote and onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and networking gear.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for clients.
Troubleshoot issues involving routers, switches, wireless access points, and internet connections.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and client interactions.
Assist senior technicians with project implementation and escalated support.
Log, update, and manage service tickets accurately in the PSA system.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Permanent Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent visa holders only).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited to working with a regional Australian client base.
Advanced knowledge and skills with Windows operating systems.
Administrative experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Active Directory / Azure environments.
Strong grasp of macOS environments is a plus.
Competence in basic networking, DNS/DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking.
MS/Azure Cert e.g. AZ-104 / AZ-305 / MS-102, CompTIA A+, CCNA or similar certification is highly regarded.
Valid Australian driver’s licence.
This is a smoke-free work environment. Preference will be given to candidates who do not smoke during work hours or while representing the company.

Competitive salary ($52,500–$80,000+) based on experience.
