Part-time recruiter role (25 hrs/wk) with great variety, structure and systems. Group-level scope, great people, convenient location (NoR).

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on recruiter role at the heart of our growth engine – but with a rare mix of flexibility, variety, and high-value work.

You’ll run structured hiring campaigns across multiple businesses in the Beaver Group – from engineering and manufacturing to sales, marketing, admin, and executive roles. No fluff, no politics – just clear process, quality work, and a high standard.

The Role

You’ll run recruitment campaigns from start to finish – managing workflow, guiding candidates, and supporting hiring managers to get great people through the door.

You won’t be building the system – it’s already set up. Your job is to run it right.

Key responsibilities include:

📢 Job ads - post job ads and set up campaigns (Seek, LinkedIn, etc).
🧲 Sourcing - find candidates and send tailored outreach (Linkedin Recruiter, Zoominfo, etc).
🔎 Screening - review applications, schedule interviews, run phone screens.
📊 Assess - coordinate assessments (Predictive Index, OMG) and track results.

🕵️ Evaluate - interviews, ref checks, case studies - run these for frontline roles and coordinate for others.
⚙️ System - stay organised, keep everything clean and updated in our ATS (Lever).
🤝 Collaborate - work with hiring managers to make good, data-driven decisions.
🪄 Hire - become the candidate's trusted guide, influence their decision-making, hire A-players.
🛎️ Experience - create a concierge experience for our target A-players through the process.

You’ll be working directly with the founder Josh Beaver and other senior leaders across all key hires.
