What do we need?

We’re on the lookout for a Night time Gaming Manager to join us on our journey to redefine the pub experience for the community. Our Night Manager will:

Ensure the hotel is presented in the “Harvest Way,” exceeding all expectations

Be the ultimate host and train your team to host in the same way

Maintain Strict Compliance to Health and Safety regulations

Who are you?

As this role is critical in achieving our aim of creating great experiences, you will need to have:

2+ years proven experience in a similar role, including managing teams in high-pressure environments

A valid RSA, RSG (basic), RSG (advanced)

A warm, authentic energy and a true passion for what you do
