Work for a friendly and supportive boutique firm with 10+ staff, 20 years in the business and a great company culture. Full handover and administrative support is provided.

In this position you will manage approx. 800 lots across ~25 properties (medium density portfolio) including some new builds with defects but with a smaller portfolio so you can concentrate on providing a high level of service and managing defects with administrative and accounting support and support from an experienced Director.

JOB DUTIES:
- Manage approximately 1800 lots / ~25 properties including new builds
- Create budgets, monitor financial status, pay invoices etc.
- Admin & strata accounts related duties (with support)
- Maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
- Manage letters/breech notices, property defects
- Chairing meetings with time in lieu for after-hours attendance

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Relevant understanding of the strata industry with strata management experience with 2 + years experience managing Owners Corporations (required)
- Completion of relevant industry training
- Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal with a positive attitude
- Live within 30 minutes of Nunawading area
