A company based in the inner south east, this client has been going through some fantastic changes as a whole and are looking for a driven, dynamic team leader who can continue improvements to their team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Owners Corporation Manager who has excellent leadership skills. One who can work both one on one with their 6 OC Managers, with a solid focus on lifting team performance and fostering growth within the business.

You will oversee the team financials, working really closely with the team to ensure they are meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets based around service levels, productivity and high performance. You will lead weekly meetings, providing exception learning with coaching and professional growth.

There will be a requirement to manage a small select portfolio of residential properties.

Salary will be commensurate to experience, circa $130,000 - $140,000 + super

This role is Monday to Friday, with some working from home opportunity.
