About the Role

This position is responsible for leading a team of Owners Corporation Managers (OCMs), ensuring they are equipped with the support, training, and leadership required to deliver exceptional service to clients. The Team Leader will also oversee a select portfolio of key and high-value clients, driving retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:
✅ Leading and mentoring a team of Owners Corporation Managers to achieve their KPIs
✅ Providing guidance on legislative compliance, financial management, and dispute resolution
✅ Overseeing the management of a select portfolio of properties
✅ Driving operational improvements and process enhancements
✅ Conducting structured weekly check-ins with OCMs to support performance and professional growth
✅ Implementing training programs and ensuring team members achieve industry accreditation

About You

You’ll bring:

Proven experience in Owners Corporation management, with leadership or mentoring experience

Strong understanding of the Owners Corporation Act and compliance requirements

Exceptional customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skill

Ability to manage financials, budgets, and insurance renewals for properties

A problem-solving mindset with the ability to mediate and negotiate win-win outcomes

Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office

A relevant qualification in Owners Corporation or Property Management is highly desirable.
