Our client is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Owners Corporation Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Owners Corporation Managers in managing a diverse and extensive OC portfolio.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation of Owners Corporation procedures and structures.
Maintain records for the Owners Corporations.
Communicate effectively with Committee Members, owners, tenants, contractors and any other third parties.
Answer Owners Corporation calls or face-to-face enquires, respond to emails and assist clients with
Owners Corporation matters.
Manage and coordinate all associated Owners Corporation paperwork ie; prepared, explained and
completed in a timely manner.
Maintain high organisational standards and values to build and maintain effective relationships between the committee, stakeholders, contractors and colleagues
Draft up Owners Corporations Certificates.
Assist with all administrative duties that are required to be completed for the Owners Corporations.
Assist in the general management and administration of lots, land and buildings within portfolios and the associated maintenance thereof, inclusive of the subdivision and common property.
Opportunity to manage a portfolio of small Owners corporations.
Qualifications:
1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role within owners corporation.
A relevant tertiary qualification from any of the following disciplines will be highly regarded:
Cert IV in Property Service (Operations)
Cert IV in Estate Agency Practice
Diploma or degree in Building Construction, Building Science or Property Services.
You will be able to demonstrate good understanding of Strata management and the legislation governing property services.
You will have good time management, be highly self-organised and have base knowledge of buildings principals and practice.
