$97,377 - $101,784 + Superannuation (SCHADS Award 2010 - Level 5, pay point dependent on qualifications and experience)
About Vacro
Vacro is an independent non-profit organisation working with people caught in the criminal justice system and their families. Founded in 1872, we are Victoria’s oldest and only specialised criminal justice reintegration service. We provide reintegration, family, and employment support that enables people to create new beginnings for themselves and their families.

About the Role
The ReLink program is a component of the Corrections Victoria Reintegration Pathway (CVRP) and helps individuals in prison prepare for their release and transition into the community.
Working within both the Loddon and Middleton Prisons you will support clients with diverse and complex needs nearing their exit from prison as well as plan and facilitate small group and individual sessions designed to support participants’ reintegration. An ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships coupled with timely recording of data will be essential to your success in this role. Clients may include Serious Violent or Sex Offender (SVoSO) prisoners and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander prisoners.
Those with lived experience of the criminal justice system are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate must be able to provide birth certificate or passport for prison clearance purposes.
Key Selection Criteria
Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, human services or other relevant field
Experience working with high risk, complex clients
Group facilitation skills
Organised and able to meet deadlines
Ability to accurately and promptly record activities in database
Sound level of MS Office including Excel, Client Management Systems and internet capability
