Cade Tech is a leading European performance tuning and diagnostic workshop based in Largs North. We specialise in ECU tuning, advanced diagnostics, and high-performance upgrades on European vehicles. We are growing fast and are looking for a motivated, organised and experienced Service Advisor to take on a leadership position in our day-to-day workshop operations.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and capable Service Advisor / Workshop Manager to coordinate and manage daily workshop activities. You’ll work alongside a passionate team of technicians and be the key link between our clients, the workshop, and suppliers.

You must have a strong understanding of mechanical workflows and a customer-first approach. Experience with MechanicDesk or similar workshop management systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily bookings, service schedules, and workshop flow

Communicate with customers regarding job updates, quotes, and approvals

Prepare and finalise invoices using MechanicDesk

Coordinate with 4+ technicians to allocate jobs and manage timelines

Maintain inventory levels and place parts orders when needed

Upsell maintenance or upgrades based on inspections

Ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional service experience from start to finish

About You

Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Workshop Manager, or Foreman role

Confident using MechanicDesk or similar software

Great organisational and time management skills

Strong communication and customer service ability

Solid understanding of automotive servicing and diagnostics

Reliable, motivated and able to work independently
