Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our new South Adelaide Autobody shop team. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients assisting with enquiries, coordinating with insurance companies and ensuring a seamless repair experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Liaise with insurance companies to facilitate the claims and repair process and obtain necessary approvals.
- Utilise Insurer systems and iBody software to track repairs and updates.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their vehicle repairs providing timely updates and managing expectations.
- Assist in resolving client concerns or complaints ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service preferably in the automotive or insurance industry.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Proficient in using software systems; experience with iBody or similar programs is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
