German Auto are looking for an experienced automotive technician who is ready to start making the transition from Mechanic to Service Advisor. This position requires good technical knowledge and communication skills about German automobiles.

German Auto has been established for over 60 years as an independent automotive service provider for late model Audi, Mercedes, Skoda and Volkswagen owners. We are currently looking for a qualified mechanic who is willing to learn new techniques to become both quality and time focused to join our team of service advisors.

Starting as an assistant service advisor, your job will be to work within a professional team, to help be a problem solver for our clients and their cars, for the benefit of everyone.

After an initial qualifying period, the successful applicant will be given both external and inhouse service advisor training for customer communication techniques to maintain efficiencies as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and employee morale.

To Transition from Mechanic to Assistant Service Advisor you will need the following personal attributes,

Confident, Friendly, Well presented and groomed.
Good attention to detail and willingness to follow established work processes.
Good Computer competencies to accurately maintain & update clients records
Familiarity with Spare parts operating systems.
Be able to work within a team as well as being self motivated to work Autonomously.
Good time management skills to ensure timely delivery of assistance to team & clients.
