The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Contract Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting seamless operations across our construction and fit out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts, tender documents, and project agreements.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Establishing contract terms and conditions including service levels, fees and financial obligation.
Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Resolve contractual disputes and negotiate variations as needed.
Undertaking contract analysis and providing advice to the business.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all projects.
Collaborate with multicultural teams and clients, ensuring clear communication across language and cultural barriers.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in contract administration similar role.
Understanding of Australian construction contracts, standards, and regulations.
Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Bilingual skills (English/Mandarin/Cantonese) highly regarded to support client and team interactions.
