Our client, a global leader in the construction and industrial sector, work across a wide range of residential, commercial, engineering and resources projects, and need an experienced Contract Administrator to join their vibrant team.

Located in West Melbourne, this is an office based role with 1 WFH day (after training).

Contract Administrator

• Start: Immediate/ASAP to enable handover
• Hours: Monday to Friday (7am - 3:30pm)
• Location: Maidstone, West Melbourne (1 WFH day after training)
• Salary: Up to $100K per annum plus superannuation

Role:

As the Contract Administrator you will be responsible for the administration of construction contracts, and will play an integral role in ensuring compliance. You will collaborative extensively with the CA team, Construction Manager and Project Management Office (PMO) to improve performance.

• Contribute to team project execution in collaboration with the PMO
• Manage contract documentation including electronic and hard copy records
• Establish scope of works, and estimate and identify variations
• Review and negotiate contracts, and prepare progress claims and invoices

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working in a Contract Administration role
• Background in the commercial construction/industrial sector
• Demonstrated understanding of EBA's and Awards
• Proven financial aptitude with P&L, budget and forecasting expertise
• Advanced MS Office
• Knowledge of Pronto & SumTotal software
• FULL Australian Working Rights
