WHAT YOU WILL LEAD AND GROW

• You will be the go-to person within the business for technical enquiries from internal stakeholders and customers.
• You will occasionally travel to hospitals to work on-site to provide technical support and training to clinical staff and biomedical engineers, all other times you will be based on-site in Brookvale.
• You will be involved in troubleshooting any product issues, including diagnostics and repairs.
• You will provide support and training across ANZ for internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?

• You will have qualifications preferably, however, if you are an IT savvy person used to doing repairs and maintenance on software/hardware, you are encouraged to apply.
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar technical/support/help desk/field service role.
• Ideally with experience within the medical field (manufacturing or service environment) but not necessary.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and client relationship skills.
• Must have full working rights and live on the Northern Beaches or Sydney's North Shore and happy to travel to Northern Beaches.
