Project Support Officer - ICT Project

Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Support Officer to support the delivery of a Human Capital Management Solution program. This role will provide high-quality administrative and executive support, ensuring effective coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with budgeting, expenditure management, and financial reporting.
• Provide administrative support, including document management and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and stakeholder communications.
• Manage correspondence, scheduling, and workflow on behalf of the Director.
• Support governance, risk management, and procedural compliance.

About You:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills across teams and vendors.
• Experience providing secretariat support, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Ability to analyse complex information, assess risks, and provide practical solutions.
• Proficiency in managing document storage systems (e.g., Content Manager, Teams, SharePoint).
• A flexible and adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
