• $120,000 + Super + Bonus ($10,000 - $15,000)

Our client is a successful and highly progressive global software firm with modern Brisbane offices and incredible staff benefits. This role is responsible for the strategy and tactical implementation of one of their core products with specific responsibilities including;

• Investigate new services through market research and innovation
• Develop and present business cases for new services or features
• Own and define the vision and roadmap of products, aligned to customer needs and business requirements
• Build rapport and influence development team and stakeholders through support, collaboration, and regular engagement
• Ensure all product documentation is up to date and regularly distributed to internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent clients by adopting a customer-centric strategy for your products, including BETA and usability testing, analytics, on-site visits, and regular collection of feedback
• Track and report on success of newly launched products and features with a focus on Return on investment (ROI)
• Work with the UI/UX team to design, prototype, develop and test new product features and initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders
• General administrative tasks and ad hoc requests

To be considered for this role you will have 2-3+ years Product Management experience along with demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write concisely for documentation, presentations, and business cases. You will be someone with high attention to detail along with strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills who has the ability to work individually or as part of a team. SaaS product experience is desirable and any prior experience in the Property or Prop Tech sectors would be highly regarded.
