Bluestone is partnered with an established developer/builder to recruit a Drafting Manager to the business.
This senior leadership position is responsible for the management of production & masters teams. This award winning builder are known for delivering high-end townhouse developments, medium density & investment homes.

The Role

• Management & development of the production drafting team
• Set and maintain standards within the team & external resources
• Implementation of production drafting procedures and process
• High level of quality control within the production team
• Appropriately manage workflow across the team
• Work closely with construction teams
• Ensure that the quality of documentation is to a high standard, drawings are accurate, well structured and clearly presented.
• Communicate with internal & external consultants

About you

• Experience in a similar role with residential industry
• High level of management & communication skills
• Strong experience with production & construction knowledge
• Strong work ethic & ability to prioritize
