Based at our Head Office in Dandenong South, you will be responsible for leading our admin and customer support team to support our sales with market leading customer experience for our customers and retail partners. You will identify opportunities for process improvement opportunities as well as advise on scripts and processes that support consistency of experience and add value.
Accountabilities include:
Hand on managing and leading by example to a small to medium sized local team.
Streamline processes and procedures to facilitate the seamless onboarding of customers.
Responsible for ensuring successful end to end delivery of products including after care service.
Ensuring team is up to date with product specs as well as current promotions.
Identify opportunities to support growth targets and drive improved customer experience.
Proactively engage with team members to monitor performance, understand skills and competence and identify areas for development.
Manage team workloads to meet agreed priorities.
Reflective reporting for senior management.
Enforce company policies and values.
About You:
To be successful in the role you will be a proactive, self-motivated and organised with an ability to multitask and delegate in a professional manner. Reporting directly to the national manager you will be hands on always leading by example within an evolving and fast-growing business environment. The scope of work requires strong leadership skills as well as exceptional communication and collaboration ability whilst always enforcing respectable team culture. Further to this you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience managing admin support teams and driving achievement of targets in a contact centre environment.
Ability to understand and contribute to the general operations and processes.
Previous experience managing a small to medium sized admin/support team.
ERP database experience and knowledge
Previous experience within a similar industry is desirable.
