The Role: Content Creator & Community Cultivator

We're looking for a social media expert who can transform everyday moments into captivating digital stories. If your phone is permanently in "camera mode" and you have a knack for creating content that not only looks good but drives meaningful engagement, this is your opportunity to shine.

Your Impact:

Create & Captivate: Produce scroll-stopping UGC across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest that authentically showcases our herbal products in action

Storytell & Showcase: Craft compelling reels and stories that educate and entertain while building a loyal community

Strategise & Schedule: Plan and publish content strategically to maximise reach and engagement

Analyse & Adapt: Use platform analytics to refine content strategy and demonstrate clear ROI

Trend & Transform: Stay consistently ahead of emerging social media trends and adapt them to our brand voice

Community Building:

Cultivate relationships with influencers and experts in the herbal and wellness space

Collaborate seamlessly with our marketing, product, and education teams

Engage authentically with followers, nurturing a vibrant community of herbal enthusiasts

What Success Looks Like:

Consistent growth in follower count and engagement metrics across platforms

A distinctive brand voice that stands out in the wellness space

Content that converts casual browsers into passionate herbal advocates

Your Experience & Skills:

2-3+ years creating standout social media content (experience in wellness or herbalism is a plus)

Mastery of key social platforms and their unique content requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other professional content creation platforms (we definitely don't use Canva!)

Strong understanding of social analytics and content optimisation

Exceptional writing abilities that bring the magic of herbs to life

Skilled in professional photography and videography with high-quality visuals and editing

Naturally talented in mobile photography and video production using a smartphone

Strategic approach to AI tools while maintaining authentic human connection

You see the world through a content creator's lens, always spotting opportunities for compelling stories

Your passion for herbalism and holistic wellness shines through in everything you create

You have a solid understanding of consumer behaviour and marketing psychology

You're data-informed but creativity-driven

You thrive in fast-paced environments and energise those around you

You're both technically skilled and intuitively creative
