Clancy's Fish Pub Group is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the social media presence of our three businesses. As Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. If you are passionate about social media, have a knack for innovative content creation and possess strong analytical skills, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for all three businesses within the brand umbrella.

● Create engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's voice, objectives and target audiences.

● Write compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, captions, and advertisements.

● Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to maximise ROI.

● Monitor and analyse social media performance using relevant tools and platforms.

● Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business goals.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and best practices.

● Identify opportunities for growth and development and propose innovative ideas to enhance social media presence.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.

● Demonstrated ability to perform the listed responsibilities above.

● Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

● Must be able to commit 14 hours of work per week with view for more if required

● $30 - $35 per hour, based on level of experience
