From our factory and bakery in Sydney, we create lactation-support products that help mothers on their feeding journeys while running a thriving, community-driven brand.

About the Role

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social media and supporting women on their motherhood journey? We’re looking for a talented Content Creator to bring the Milky Goodness brand to life across our digital platforms.

This casual and flexible role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative freedom, loves crafting beautiful content, and is excited to be part of a brand that empowers mums through pregnancy and breastfeeding. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working mostly from home, with just one day per week onsite in Mulgrave, NSW to capture fresh, original content.

Your role will involve:

Creating engaging on-brand content for our social media platforms

Using existing imagery and UGC to craft compelling posts

Filming and producing new content during onsite days

Collaborating with the team to ensure brand consistency

Using platforms such as Trello, Dropbox, Later, Canva

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

Proven experience in content creation (a portfolio or examples are a must)

A strong understanding of social media trends & knowing what entertains & hooks viewers, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta

Confident in your ability to edit and produce high-quality short-form videos using various editing programs and apps.

Creativity and the ability to think outside the box

A passion for empowering women and supporting breastfeeding journeys

Feel confident both behind the camera and in front of the camera, speaking authentically about the brand and connecting with our audience.
